It’s summer on Martha’s Vineyard and Charlie Jones and Pete Heyward are sitting on the beach with coffee and Millie’s famous jelly doughnuts, just kind of hanging out, when suddenly a small submarine surfaces.

From that point on it’s business as usual for Charlie, while Pete, after one short battle with what appear to be terrorists, decides it’s way too risky.

Charlie, on the other hand, shifts into private eye mode, and heads down to talk with J.D. Witness because the presence of those terrorists at a time when the President is close to starting his annual vacation on the Vineyard, can only mean trouble.
